Shipping Policy

Processing time

Every order is packed and quality-checked within 2–4 business days before it's dispatched. You'll get a tracking link by email once it's on the way.

Shipping cost & delivery

Shipping is free on every order — within New Zealand and Australia, with no minimum spend and no threshold to reach.

Orders are sent tracked. Australia: 7–10 business days after dispatch, so allow around 9–14 business days from the day you order. New Zealand: 4–7 business days after dispatch, so allow around 6–11 business days. Those are courier estimates, not guarantees.

Where we ship

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia. If your country isn't available at checkout, we're not shipping there just yet.

Duties & taxes

Cross-border (Australian) orders may attract duties or GST on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email sales@thescentstack.co and we'll open a courier trace.

Order changes

You have 24 hours after ordering to change your scent, address, or cancel. After that we've usually started preparing your order.

Gift orders

Add a note at checkout and we'll include it. No price slip is included on gift orders.
