Our sand wax pearls are small grains of palm wax, scented and coloured. Pour them loose into any heat-safe vessel around a wick, light it — the flame melts the pearls into a pool of scent. Snuff it out and they re-set, ready to top up or pour somewhere else.
No — any heat-safe container works: a tumbler, a teacup, a jar, a bowl. Cotton wicks are included in every box.
It depends how much sand wax you pour, and on the vessel — more wax burns longer, and a narrow vessel burns slower than a wide one. A full 500g box gives you up to 120 hours.
